How to troubleshoot the "NTLDR is missing" error message in Windows Server 2003

First is Locate an NTLDR file in a working windows server 2003
The NTLDR file is a critical boot file for the Windows 2000, XP and Server 2003 operating systems. The NTLDR file is found in the root of your boot drive, but it is hidden by default. Windows hides critical boot files so you do not accidentally delete the file thinking it is an unimportant part of the computer. The file is always located in the root of your drive, but before you can find it, you must set the operating system to show hidden files.

nstructions

1

Double-click "My Computer" on the Windows desktop. This opens an Explorer window. Click the "Tools" menu item at the top of the window and select "Folder Options."
2

Click the "View" tab. Check the option in the list box labeled "Show hidden files and folders." Click "OK" to save your settings. This allows you to see and find the NTLDR file.
3

Double-click "My Computer" again on the desktop. In the opened window, double-click "C:" in the list of files. This opens your root drive directory.
4

Scroll down the list of root files to find your NTLDR file. The file is required for booting the machine, so it is not recommended that you move or delete the file. However, you can copy it to make a backup of the file.
copy these three files in a flash drive (ntldr, ntdetect.com, boot.ini)

Second Step is to Boot the crashed system with mobile window (search for Hiren boot able CD)

Lastly Dump the three files from the flash drive on C:\ of the crashed system

good luck
