Problem:
THis is an error with adobe reader with a client running windows 7 operating system
"I was loading my old programs to a new hard drive with Windows 7. I put in the disc for Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard. It did not load but now when I try to open any other program (Microsoft Office, Quicken, Explorer, etc.), I get the message--This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Eula.exe. This does not happen with all users on the computer--just my account"
Resolution:
The .exe file association is probably broken. To fix the problem, you'll have to delete the "UserChoice" registry key for .exe files.
