Please be informed that your complaint of slow connectivity could be attributed to some capacity issues which is being experienced within that locality.
This was suspected following investigations carried out on your account, while connecting to one of our Base Stations experiencing this capacity issue, and to which your modem prefers to associate.
Please be assured that we are currently making concerted efforts to increase capacity which will be concluded soon hopefully. The upgrade is expected to further optimize the internet service performance.
We however propose, that if the current internet service is unable to meet your needs going forward, kindly authorize us to suspend your service. This would imply putting your account on hold, and then re-activating your subscription once the capacity issue is resolved.
